Use of the Website By using this site, you confirm that: You are at least the age of majority in your province, or you have permission from a legal guardian. You will not use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not attempt to harm, disrupt, or bypass site functionality or security. We may refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 2. Product Availability & Information Product listings, prices, and stock levels can change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, but occasionally errors may occur (pricing, descriptions, images, or availability). If an error leads to an incorrect or unavailable order, we may cancel and refund it. 3. Pricing & Payments All prices are listed in CAD unless otherwise stated. Orders are not final until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to adjust pricing, limit quantities, or correct mistakes. All payments are processed securely by Square. ManitobaTCG does not store full payment card details. 4. Shipping Shipping times and rates vary based on the carrier and destination. Once a package leaves our possession, delivery timelines and delays are the responsibility of the carrier. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer cannot be refunded or replaced. 5. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for any reason unless required by law. If a product arrives damaged due to shipping, claims must be filed directly with the shipping carrier. If we make an error (wrong or missing item), contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve the issue. 6. Account Responsibility If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. 7. Limitation of Liability ManitobaTCG is not liable for: Losses due to shipping delays Damage caused by misuse of products Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages Your use of the site is at your own risk. 8.
