Due to the nature of collectible trading cards and sealed products, we maintain a strict no refunds, no returns, and no exchanges policy. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including buyer’s remorse, accidental purchases, or changing your mind. We do not accept returns or exchanges, whether the product is sealed or opened. Condition of singles is listed to the best of our ability; all cards are sold as-is. Sealed product may have minor cosmetic imperfections (standard in retail packaging) and remains final sale. If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We will provide any documentation required to support your claim. If you believe there has been an error on our part (wrong item shipped, missing item), contact us at manitobatcg@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can investigate.
